Shipping and Payments
Our courier service is track and traceable. Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes. Shipping is calculated in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Upon completion of placing your order we send out a confirmation email to the email you provided. If you do not receive this, please check your SPAM or JUNK inbox.
If your delivery address is in New Zealand and you spend over $200, your shipping cost is free!

If you require insurance for International deliveries it is charged at $25NZD and is additional. Please email email@example.com if you wish to purchase international insurance.
If you are purchasing anything from our website and you live outside of New Zealand please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by Bettie Monroe. If these taxes are imposed, the approximate delivery time may be affected.
All online orders are processed and dispatched from Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. All deliveries are made direct to your door; a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home, a card will be left requesting that you contact the courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time. Any specified delivery dates are estimates only and Bettie Monroe will not be liable for failure to deliver on the estimated date. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
Bettie Monroe accepts no liability for orders not received by a customer where an ‘authority to leave’ was granted. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Bettie Monroe to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.
Bettie Monroe does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, strikes and natural disasters) or as a consequence of an incorrectly filled in delivery address.
Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays. Shipping rates are calculated in NZD.
All online orders are processed and dispatched Monday - Thursday (excluding public holidays) within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address. Please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the delivery address.

For all New Zealand deliveries we use Aramex. All New Zealand deliveries are track and trace and insured. All deliveries have a standard charge of NZD $7.00 Inc. GST. Rural delivery will incur an extra $5 fee. Please allow up to 4 extra business days for delivery to rural address areas. Any large or bulky orders may incur an extra charge, this will be agreed upon before dispatch.
For all international orders we use Aramex or NZ Post.
Rates are inclusive of fixed Fuel Component (20%) and Remote Area Service.
Delivery charges cover packaging and delivery for International. If you require insurance for international deliveries it is charged at $NZ25 and is additional. Please email email@example.com if you wish to purchase international insurance.
Rates are exclusive of other Government taxes and customs duties your country may apply to items over a certain dollar value. Sorry we don't have any control over this, all items are accessed by customs on importing into your country
On international orders, an import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. All international deliveries are made ‘delivery duties unpaid’ (ddu).
Bettie Monroe Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
As the recipient, you are liable for all levies charged by the destination country you are shipping to. Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
