Exchanges and Returns
To exchange a garment, it has to be unworn, in saleable condition and all original tags attached. Goods sold online may be exchanged for another size/colour, for a store credit or for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, all sales are final.

We don't send out a return forms, to limit environmental paper waste.
Securely repackage your item and send it back to us via courier with your order number, name, bank account number to refund to, and a return address if needed. Send your package to:

Once your item has been received your refund/exchange will be processed within 10 days. Please note that your bank may require an additional day to process your refund.
If your garment is faulty please contact us as soon as you discover the fault at email@example.com
We will either repair, replace or refund the item and email you once your garment has been dispatched back to you. Faults exclude damage to the garment incurred by the customer once the garment has left the store. If the garment is faulty we will refund you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item. For faults we have to inspect the garment first and then we'll let you know if the garment can be repaired or not.
