Exchanges and Returns
To exchange a garment, it has to be unworn, in saleable condition, original receipt included and all original tags attached. Goods sold online may be exchanged for another size/colour, for a store credit or for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, all sales are final. Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
To exchange/return an garment complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment or request a form at [email protected]. Securely repackage your item. We suggest you select a insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Bettie Monroe does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the garment is faulty. Send your package to:

Once your item has been received by us your refund/exchange will be processed within five working days. You will be notified via email when this transaction/exchange has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
If your garment is faulty please contact us as soon as you discover the fault at [email protected]. We will either repair, replace or refund the item within 7 days and email you once your garment has been dispatched back to you. Faults exclude damage to the garment incurred by the customer once the garment has left the store. If the garment is faulty we will refund you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item. For faults we have to inspect the garment first and then we'll let you know if the garment can be repaired or not.
