At Bettie Monroe our job is to make customers feel amazing. We are looking for a positive, well-rounded and energetic Shop Manager. The Cambridge team is positive and fun, who love an upbeat, happy working environment and know how to make customers feel special.

Proudly made in New Zealand our gorgeous clothing is high quality, radiates femininity and adds a touch of playfulness to your day. We have a reputation for excellent customer service and a down to earth, loving approach.

The days of work are Tuesday - Saturday, 5 days per week, or we can structure this to suit the right person for the job.

We are looking for someone who is highly customer focused and knows what it means to go the extra mile to make people feel special, both team members and customers. You possess the confidence and ability to build rapport with customers and have an eye to match our products to their individual needs.

As the store manager you will need competence in retail computer systems for sales, customer management and reporting, shop rostering, management reports, meeting KPI's, sale targets and management of team members.

It is important that you are a well-rounded person, with a ready smile, that you take pride in your appearance and also share our passion for fashion!

We offer an attractive pay rate, depending on your experience and attributes. Sales bonuses and incentives are included, as well as a clothing allowance.
